We will make up to 5 attempts to successfully serve your documents. We do offer services such as stakeouts for trickier serves. Once the serve is complete, it can take up to four days to receive the proof of service. If you need the original proof or would like it notarized, it can take 7-10 days.
We have three service levels for Process Service. Select the service level based on how quickly you need the first attempt to be made. When received by our posted deadlines, our service levels are as follows:
- Three Day: First attempt is made within three business days then a minimum of one attempt every three business days.
- One Day: First attempt is made within one business day, then at least every business day thereafter. In California, first attempt same business day for orders placed by 12:00pm PT.
