How do I request a Motion hearing date?
The Court requires filers to indicate the hearing on the pleading after reviewing the Court’s online calendar for availability.
- The Court will notify you of changes upon filing or correct the date on the pleading in eFiling.
- Picking a date does not guarantee that date will be reserved.
How do I eFile under-seal documents?
- When eFiling, choose "Documents Lodged Conditionally Under Seal" from the drop-down on the Documents screen.
- You must include a copy of the order allowing you to file under seal, or the document may be rejected.
