Overview
Billing Center now includes a Search Invoices tab. Use it to search your full invoice history and export results as a CSV or PDF. There is no row cap and no date limit.
The existing Invoices tab has been renamed Pay Invoices. Its payment workflow is unchanged.

How it works
Step 1: Open the Search Invoices tab
- Go to Billing Center.
- Click the Search Invoices tab in the tab bar.
Step 2: Enter your search filters
The filter form has four fields. Fill in at least one before searching.

| Case Number | The case number for the matter (e.g. 23CV-001234). |
| Matter Number / Billing Code | The matter number or billing code (e.g. LIT-2024-001). |
| Party Name | Full or partial party name (e.g. Doan, ACME). |
| Date Range | A From and To date. This field stays available regardless of which text field is active. |
Step 3: Run the search
- Click Search. The Search button is disabled until at least one field has input.
- Six summary cards appear below the form showing:
- Total Invoices
- Oldest Date
- Newest Date
- Total Value
- Paid
- Unpaid
There is no results table. The summary cards are the only output shown in the browser.
Step 4: Export your results
- After a search returns results, two export buttons appear below the summary cards: Export as CSV and Export as PDFs.
- A View Downloads link also appears to the right of the export buttons. Click it to go to the Downloads page.
- Click either export button to open the export modal.
- Enter an Export Name (required) and a Description (required, 100 characters max).
- Click Confirm Export.
The export runs in the background. You receive an email notification when it is complete. The file is available on the Downloads page.

FAQ:
Can I search across all my invoice history?
Yes. There is no date limit and no row cap on the Search Invoices tab.
Why is the Search button grayed out?
At least one filter field must have input before Search activates. Enter a value in any field to enable it.
Why are my other filter fields grayed out?
The three text fields (Case Number, Matter Number / Billing Code, Party Name) are mutually exclusive. Once you type in one, the others disable. Click Clear to start a new search with a different field.
Why are the Export buttons disabled?
Export buttons are disabled in two situations:
- No search has been run yet.
- The result set is too large to export. Narrow your search and try again.
Where does my export go?
Exports run in the background. You get an email when the file is ready. Find your file on the Downloads page, or click View Downloads next to the export buttons.
Does exporting affect the payment workflow?
No. The Pay Invoices tab and all payment workflows are unchanged. Search Invoices is a separate tab.
What happened to the old Invoices tab?
It was renamed to Pay Invoices. Everything about how it works is the same.
