For Service of Process, Physical Court Filing, Sheriff Delivery, and Courtesy Copy orders, the best way to contact One Legal is directly from the Order Details page using the Messaging feature.

  • The team can see the order details, documents, and status in context
  • Responses are typically faster and more accurate than general inquiries

How to use it:

  • Open the order in your One Legal account
  • Scroll to the Messages section on the Order Details page
