How are proposed orders handled?
Proposed orders can be eFiled as separate PDFs in the same transaction as other documents. Signed orders will be mailed back to the filer.
Proposed orders after a hearing should be emailed to the department in Microsoft Word format to enable the judge to edit the order.

The court does not accept courtesy copies for Department 16 and Department 18 unless specifically requested by a judge.
