How Concierge Works
- You submit your instructions and documents to Concierge.
- Your Concierge specialist reviews them for completeness and compliance.
- Individual orders are placed in your One Legal account with unique order numbers and invoices.
- Applicable court fees or disbursements are paid upfront and invoiced.
- If clarification is needed, your order is placed in Action Needed status and you are notified.
- Your Concierge specialist manages the order through completion.
Once Your Concierge Specialist Places the Associated Order
- After your Concierge Specialist places your associated order, you will see a product-related order created in your One Legal account under the Orders tab. This associated order is where all activity and updates related to your request will occur.
- Any required follow-up, clarification requests, or next steps from additional specialists will be communicated through this associated order.
- If there are any rejections, delays, or court-related issues, updates will be provided directly within the associated order.
- All completed documents, including conformed filings, Affidavits of Delivery, and Affidavits of Service, will be uploaded to this order.
- Once all work is complete, your Concierge Specialist will follow up through the original Concierge order to confirm that you have received everything you need before closing the Concierge request.
Concierge specialists are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
