If you are in the process of creating an eFiling order or have saved your order as a draft, you can absolutely upload an amended document and delete the existing draft file.

If you have already placed your order, your options will vary based on the court into which you are filing.  Typically, you would not be able to amend documents in an order that has been received by the coourt and would have to file a new order.
