How do I add a case to my case portfolio?

Adding a case to your Case Portfolio

Please follow these simple instructions to add a case to your Case Portfolio:

Click on Cases at the top of the page to bring up your Case Portfolio. Click Add an Existing Case to your Portfolio.

Enter the Court Information and click Continue.

Once the search results appear, click Select next to the appropriate case and click Save to My Portfolio.

Modifying eService recipients

Once a case has been added to your case portfolio, you can add or remove eService recipients by editing the case receord in your portfolio.

Select the edit option:

 

To add user*, select Add New, input their credentials and add them to the case.

To remove a user, select the trash can icon next to their email address.

*Note: To add EFM users from your firm, select Add From Master List to select from a list of users already set up for the EFM.
