Courts that accept eFiling orders have not set a level of expectation on the turnaround time for conformed copies. You will typically see your conformed copies returned electronically within 24-48 hours of submission. However, this timeframe may be extended depending on clerk availability and variations in the court’s schedule.

Documents requiring judicial review or additional action by the court including proposed orders, writs, abstracts, may take longer to process.

Once the clerk has filed your documents and the status reflects that your eFiling has been accepted, you will receive your conformed copies in your One Legal account, and can view, download, and print the documents from there.
