Where is electronic court filing available in California?

eFiling is only available in some courts, not all. In courts where eFiling is not supported, documents must be filed physically.

Where eFiling is available, your filing will be submitted to the court electronically.

Where electronic filing is not available, your documents will be printed and physically delivered to the courthouse by a One Legal court runner.

When you are in the court filing platform, you will see the indication in the upper left of the screen whether you are eFiling or physically filing:
