In courts that use the eFileCA system as their eFiling manager, only users with the "Admin" role can add attorneys to a filing. This limitation is set by eFileCA and cannot be bypassed by One Legal. If your eFileCA user role is "Filer," you will need to contact the administrator on your firm's account to add a new attorney.
