You may need to reset your password if you have forgotten it and cannot log in. You can also update your password at any time in the My Account section if you choose to do so.
What to do if you cannot remember your password
On the login screen, click the Forgot Password link.
When prompted, enter the email address that you use to log into One Legal.
Lastly, answer your security question and enter a new password. Your new password must be between 8 and 15 characters long and contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number or symbol. When you're ready, click Continue.
If you do not know the answer to your security question, please contact our Customer Support Team who will be able to assist you in re-accessing your account.
You will be taken to a confirmation page. Simply click on Log In in the upper right of the screen and enter your email address and your new password.
How to reset your password from the My Account section
If you decide that you would like to change your password after creating your account, begin by logging into your One Legal account.
Click on Account in the upper right of the page and select My Account from the drop-down menu. Under Manage Profile, click Change Password.
Enter your old password, then create and confirm your new password. Your new password must be 8-15 characters long with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number or symbol.
Click Submit and your new password will go into effect.
