We provide you with the status of your process serve order after every service attempt. To check the status of a process serve order, log in to your One Legal account and click Orders. To learn about how to find a particular order in the list, click here.
You can see the status of the order at a glance in the Status column of the Orders list.
Click on the order number to view the Order Details page.
Here, you can see the details of all service attempts that have been made, along with any notes related to that attempt.
When a process serve has been completed, or has failed, the returned documents are included on the Order Details page. For more information on how to view, download, and print these documents, click here.
